Bleeding Hearts – New Photo

I’ve recently added a new photo Bleeding Hearts to my website at https://beautifulflowerpictures.com/store/bleedingheartspan/

Bleeding Hearts are one of my favorite flowers to see at local gardens in the spring. The bright pink flowers complement the wonderful light green leaves when the sun hits them just right. I spotted this single branch of flowers apart from all the others against the soft greens and I just had to photograph it.

Red Poppy Anemone – New Photo

One of things I really like about poppy anemones is the centers – they have so much texture and often are in a contrasting color to the petals. In this wonderful red poppy anemone, the center is a shade of deep purple – so a colors that go so well together.

Bleeding Hearts are one of my favorite flowers to see at local gardens in the spring. The bright pink flowers complement the wonderful light green leaves when the sun hits them just right.

I photographed this set of bleeding hearts with my Lensbaby Velvet 56 lens to get the lovely soft focused background behind the main flowers.

A Visit to the Atlanta Botanical Garden

Earlier this year, I spent a wonderful day photographing at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. It was one of those days where the flowers were blooming, the sun was shining and I had could spend as much time as I wanted photographing. Spring at Longwood Gardens
