More Sunflowers from McKee Beshers Wildlife Management Area

This year the sunflowers at McKee Beshers Wildlife Management Area in Poolesville, Maryland bloomed at two different times. The first field bloomed in mid-July, and then a second field of sunflower bloomed at the end of July/beginning of August.

My friend Ruth was photographing with me that morning at the sunflower field – isn’t it great when your friends wear complementary colors to the flowers you’re going to be photographing? 🙂
