Irises at Presby Memorial Iris Gardens I

This past spring I had a chance to stop at the Presby Memorial Iris Gardens in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. This is my favorite iris garden. If I manage to time my visit correctly, I have my choice of hundreds of bearded irises to photograph. Unfortunately, I was a little early this year. I thought I’d be there for peak bloom, but alas Mother Nature had other plans. So I didn’t have as many types of irises to photograph as I had hoped. But even so, I found some beautiful flowers to photograph. I’ll be sharing some of my photos from the Presby Memorial Iris Gardens today, and some in another post soon.
