I used to do a lot of traveling and photographing. For many places, I really don’t have enough photo to do separate blog posts – so thought I’d start combining photos from various places into a series of photos from the road. Hope you enjoy seeing the scenes from some of my travels.

In 2017, there was a wonderful exhibit of Chihuly Glass at the New York Botanical Garden. I shared most of my photos from the exhibit a few years ago. I recently came across a few I hadn’t shared so I thought I’d share them with you today.

The 2019 Cats of Catskill, New York – Part 7

For the past 13 years, the Heart of Catskill Association in Catskill, New York has organized a public art project Cat’N Around Catskill for cat lovers everywhere! Each year, artists decorate cat sculptures and they are placed on Main Street and a few other locations in town. I first saw the Cats in 2017 when I was photographing in the area. Last month, I spent some time in the Hudson River Valley, so of course I had to check out this year’s cats.

This year, there are 52 cats on display. I had a wonderful time photographing the 48 that I found. I’ll be sharing photos of some of them all this week in a series of blog posts.

And so here they are – the 2019 Cats of Catskill
